Type. ve Tic.İht.İhr.ltd.Şti (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), as a data controller, within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (hereinafter referred to as “KVKK”) and other relevant legislation. To Whom and For What Purposes Will Your Processed Personal Data Be Transferred?

Your personal data will be transferred without seeking the explicit consent of the data subject in accordance with Articles 8 (2) (a) of the KVKK for the following purposes:

Fulfilling the purpose required for the performance of the employment contract, in particular;

  • Leave approval of employees, viewing balance leaves, making leave arrangements
  • Execution of employee exit procedures
  • Ensuring payroll processing
  • Making salary payments to employees

In particular, in order to fulfill the requirements within the scope of the Labor Law, the Occupational Health and Safety Law, the Social Security Law and related legislation and other laws and regulations;

  • Creation of personnel file
  • Giving SSI notifications, İŞKUR notifications, police station notification, incentive and legal liability notification.
  • Determining the match of the camera records with the door entry and exit records for the control of the entry and exit records of the employees
  • Payment of employee salary lien deductions to executive files
  • Making legal notifications of work accident
  • Occupational health and safety procedures
  • To comply with other information retention, reporting and disclosure obligations stipulated by the legislation, relevant regulatory institutions and other authorities.

In particular, due to the necessity arising from the performance of customer contracts;

  • Making the right/unjust distinction of the customer in customer complaints, increasing customer satisfaction, understanding customer needs and improving customer-related processes
  • Evaluating customer service quality and training employees

In order to administer the company, conduct the business, implement company policies, in particular;

  • Making expense payments to employees
  • Ensuring communication with employees

  • Ensuring that the packages incoming via cargo and courier are forwarded to the relevant employee
  • Monitoring the use of Company vehicles for the safety of employees and the conduct of the business.

  • Controlling the entry and exit of employees
  • Recording the documents collected during the job application and interview of the employees
  • Planning the training, reporting the trainings, preparing the training certificates, following the employees participating in the trainings, following the development processes of the employees as a result of the trainings they receive.
  • Communicating with relevant persons in emergencies

Your personal data will be kept for the maximum period specified in the relevant legislation or required for the purpose for which they are processed, and possibly for the statutory limitation periods.

In order to fulfill its legal obligations in accordance with the relevant legislation, it may be shared with the relevant public institutions and organizations, if necessary or upon request.

In order to follow the legal processes, it can be shared with our lawyers as much as necessary within the framework of the confidentiality obligation.

What are the Personal Data Categories Processed?

In accordance with the KVKK and other relevant legislation, identity, communication, financial information, legal action, special quality personal data, employee data, visual and auditory data, educational data within the scope of the purposes and legal reasons specified in the Clarification Text within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 Your personal data in the transaction security data categories will be processed.

For What Purposes Will Your Personal Data Be Processed?

Fulfilling our legal obligations as an employer, the performance of the employment contract between us, for reasons stipulated in the law and in accordance with the legitimate interests of the Company, in your CV or other texts you share regarding your application, that we have requested from our company beforehand during your job application or that you prefer to share with us during your job application. We collect your personal data in the form of physical or electronic communication by you, and by recording information on Company computer programs, applications and servers that are available to more than one person, or on the internet, which are accessible to third parties.

For the purposes of carrying out communication activities, the processing of personal data belonging to the parties of the contract is necessary, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract specified in Article 5 (2) of the KVKK.
